R Z Building Services LTD
Building, renovation and refurbishment services in North London
About R Z Building Services LTD
RZ Building Services is a North London building contractor led by director and owner Sam Zabeli. The company works on new builds, extensions, conversions, renovations and refurbishments, and lists loft conversions, bathroom fitting, roofing, plumbing, electrics and other trade services. Sam is personally involved in planning and overseeing projects, working with architects, structural engineers and the company’s craftsmen.
The company says it consults closely with clients and tailors refurbishment work to their requirements. It offers free quotes and can provide a project estimate and expected timeframe. Flooring projects include a consultation about materials and budget, with the team saying it leaves the home free from dust and refuse at the end of the work.

What customers say
Very helpful and a great job done. Sam made a wet room and installed under floor heating. I would recommend RZ builders
Sam and his team did a fantastic job in our living room, resolving an horrendous problem of damp and mould. They re-plastered the external wall and built a ventilation cavity with internal insulation.
Sam gave me a good quote after he assessed the work needed to be done in my bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. He listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice.
