PROPER BUILD LONDON LTD
Home building, extensions, loft conversions and decorating in London
About PROPER BUILD LONDON LTD
Proper Build London works on residential and commercial construction and renovation projects. Home services include new-home construction, extensions, loft conversions, renovations, patios and summer houses, brick and stone work, plumbing, electrical work, painting and decorating, and home repairs. The company says it can help with small jobs as well as larger renovation projects.
For small jobs, Proper Build requires a one-day minimum per appointment. For larger jobs or longer lists, it provides an estimate in advance and written change orders if the scope changes. Its construction process covers design, planning and budgeting, with project managers keeping clients informed during the build. The company says initial estimates are free and provided in writing with a cost breakdown.
Proper Build says it protects furnishings and floors with dust sheets and cleans up at the end of each day. It also offers a complete design service for home extensions and kitchen refurbishment, and can work from a client’s existing plans. The company states that it carries public and employers’ liability insurance and offers a price match guarantee.
