Prokil London – Kensington

Prokil’s Kensington team provides damp and timber services for homeowners, landlords, estate agents and property managers. The company has worked in damp proofing and timber preservation for more than 50 years. Its surveyors assess rising, penetrating and condensation damp, mould, timber decay and water damage, then explain the findings and recommended work.

Treatments include damp proof courses, damp proof plastering, mould treatment, ventilation, wet and dry rot treatment, woodworm treatment and timber repair or replacement. The team also provides basement and cellar tanking, waterproofing and conversions, alongside structural repairs such as cavity wall ties, crack stitching and lintel repairs.

A project starts with a survey, followed by a diagnosis and quotation; Prokil says it completes agreed work with guarantees of up to 20 years on qualifying treatments. Its surveyors hold relevant PCA qualifications, including CSRT and CSSW. The Kensington service area includes Lambeth, Southwark, Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth and Richmond upon Thames.
