Progressive Design (London) Ltd
Home renovations, extensions and building in Barnet
About Progressive Design (London) Ltd
Progressive Design is a family building business established by brothers Marius and Ovidiu in 2010. The company says the brothers are fourth-generation builders and that its team includes more than 15 qualified employees. Its work includes home renovations, property extensions, loft conversions, bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, and new-build construction.
The company works with clients and other professionals to shape each project. It offers design and build services, and says it discusses how clients will live in their home before work starts. Contracts set out the scope, dates, costs, schedule, payment arrangements, safety procedures and waste arrangements; a personalised Gantt chart helps track project stages.
Progressive Design says it is fully insured and offers guarantees on its work. Its process includes a client-care team, regular meetings with the managing director, handover, snagging and a follow-up meeting after a year. It is a member of the Federation of Master Builders and TrustMark.
