Primeworks Heating & Plumbing Ltd

Primeworks Heating & Plumbing provides boiler, heating and plumbing services in South-East London. Its main services are gas boiler installation, servicing and repair, unvented hot water cylinder installation and wet underfloor heating. The team also carries out annual gas safety checks and certificates for landlords.

Nick Vrabiescu leads the family-owned business and has more than ten years of trade experience. The company says the same engineer who quotes a job carries out the installation. It offers a free survey and provides a written quote before work starts, with fixed pricing and no hidden extras.

For underfloor heating, the team surveys the floor construction and plans the pipe loops, manifold and controls around the property and existing heating system. Unvented cylinder installations include a mains pressure and flow test. The company states its gas engineers are Gas Safe registered and its cylinder installers hold the G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification.
