About Potters Bar Lofts & Extension
Potters Bar Lofts & Extensions is a family-run building company founded in 2017 by Stuart and Jackie Gavin. It works with homeowners on loft conversions, dormers, home extensions, refurbishments and hard landscaping.
Stuart has over three decades of experience in the building industry and oversees work on site. Jackie prepares quotes and schedules, coordinates tradespeople and keeps homeowners informed during projects.
Projects include roof-space conversions, ground-floor, first-floor and wrap-around extensions, open-plan refurbishments, patios, decking and garden rooms. The company says all its work is guaranteed and that it works to homeowners’ needs and budgets.

What customers say
Potters Bar Lofts & Extensions recently replaced my decking. The decking was in a bad state and became unsafe, the decking was replaced & stained.
Brilliant company Stuart and the lads were really helpful & knowledgeable though-out the whole project. We had a loft and double story extension done by the team.
We have used the professional services of PBL&E Ltd twice recently for our 1930's property projects, and are fully satisfied with the end results.
