Place Design | Bespoke Kitchen Design London
Bespoke kitchen and interior design in London
About Place Design | Bespoke Kitchen Design London
Place Design Kitchens & Interiors designs, supplies and installs bespoke kitchens and furniture for homes in London and the South East. Its work also includes bedrooms, living rooms, bars, bathrooms, studies, utility rooms, wine cellars and media rooms. The company offers whole-home renovation projects and can include bathroom work within a larger interior design project.
John Place set up the business in 2012 after working as a designer in the furniture and kitchen industry since 1992. He leads the design process, starting with a consultation about how clients use their home, their layout, style and budget. The team develops plans, costings and 3D views, then can manage delivery and fitting through to completion.
The company works with a network of tradespeople, craftsmen, installers and builders. It says its designs are bespoke and can be tailored to the property and brief. The first design visit and briefing are offered at no charge, and projects can use either custom-made or modular furniture.

What customers say
John talked to us about how we lived, what we liked doing, and how we'd actually use the space. This really helped us to make sure it wasn't just a beautiful kitchen but a practical, usable one.
John was incredible in helping us design and project manage our kitchen build. We were initially unclear on the layout and he showed us a clear vision and way forward that made sense, looked good and was practical.
John was first class. He gave us the confidence and support to deliver our kitchen project.
