About PJ Harte Ltd
Founded in 1974, PJ Harte is a family-owned and family-run principal contractor working for landlords, property managers and London estates. Its work includes residential and common-parts refurbishment, external repair and restoration, and commercial fit-outs.
Residential projects can include full strip-out and refurbishment, kitchens and bathrooms, structural steels and reconfiguration, dry lining, fire proofing, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, bespoke joinery, floor coverings and decoration. External services include loft conversions, roof coverings, masonry restoration, drainage, glazing, timber repairs and structural repairs.
The company has more than 100 long-term directly employed staff and also uses a selected subcontracted supply chain. It says some supplier relationships have lasted more than 30 years, and client-facing staff are supported to gain construction, health and safety qualifications and memberships.
