Peter Cox Damp Proofing | Middlesex

Peter Cox provides damp proofing, timber treatment and property preservation services for homes and commercial properties in Middlesex. Its surveyors investigate damp, condensation, woodworm and rot, then report findings and recommend treatment only where needed. The company says it was formed in 1951 and has locally based surveyors and technicians.

The team also undertakes basement and cellar waterproofing, structural waterproofing and timber repairs, and may offer loft insulation top-ups where a survey finds inadequate insulation. Survey reports include findings, photographs, suggested work and outline costs. If treatment is not required, surveyors can advise on simple measures for condensation and black mould. Applicable treatment guarantees are set out in the survey report.
