Pace Projects
Building and renovation projects in South West London and Surrey
About Pace Projects
Pace Projects delivers building, renovation, extension and refurbishment work, alongside smaller maintenance and repair projects. Its small-works service covers jobs including roofing, bathrooms, kitchens, electrical and plumbing work, joinery, plastering, tiling, insulation, decorating and landscaping.
The business partners bring more than 30 years’ combined experience in the building industry and have worked together for close to 10 years. Andy leads client and project management; Vas directs day-to-day operations on live projects. Both retain personal oversight of every project.
For larger projects, the team works with clients’ architects or designers from the outset, develops costs, supports design and planning, helps select materials and manages work through to completion. Pace Projects says its work spans Kingston, Richmond, South West and Central London, and Surrey.

What customers say
It is not often that you would recommend a builder on completion of a project, but I can’t recommend Pace highly enough. Quality builders with an eye for design, a pleasure to work with, a tidy and respectful team, speedy work without compromising quality and an appreciation of the end result throughout the project.
We chose Pace because we wanted to take the stress out of our renovation project, and felt like with Andy and Vas we were in safe hands. They didn’t disappoint! We were regularly kept informed about what was happening and when: the quality of work was outstanding
