About Pace Construction Ltd
Pace Construction Ltd began trading in 2009, when founder Alex started offering extensions and loft conversions to homeowners in Surrey. The family-run company formally registered in 2015 and now works with domestic clients, commercial customers and property developers.
Its work includes new homes, extensions, loft, basement and garage conversions, refurbishments and property renovations. The service list also names foundations, drainage, brickwork, groundworks, retrofitting, painting and decorating. For loft conversions, its teams can complete electrical and plumbing work and install rooflights and additional insulation.
The company can help with design and planning before construction. Its in-house tradespeople work alongside vetted subcontractors, and regular project meetings keep clients and the design team in contact. Pace says all work is guaranteed; insurance-backed warranties may also be available for individual projects at extra cost.
