Optima Builders LTD
Home renovation, extensions and building work across North London
About Optima Builders LTD
Optima Builders is a North London construction company led by founder and director Daniel Wisniewski. The business says it has traded for more than 13 years, under its current and a previous name, and draws on over 20 years of industry experience.
It delivers home renovations, full refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, new-build homes, kitchens, bathrooms and general building work. Supporting trades include plumbing, central heating, electrical work, rewiring, underfloor heating, smart controls, carpentry, decorating, plastering, tiling and flooring.
The company offers a turnkey route from initial consultation and cost estimate through planning, party-wall matters, building regulations and practical completion. It uses in-house architects and other building professionals, and provides a free consultation and no-obligation quotation.
Optima states that it carries up to £5 million public liability insurance and £10 million employers' insurance. It says completion certificates are issued where required and that its team works six days a week.

What customers say
Daniel and his team did the entire refurbishment of our flat from floor to ceiling. We found the team to be professional, hard working and accommodating. Daniel's quote was competitive compared to other quotes we received and it was an important factor in our decision. We certainly didn't regret it...
Daniel fitted a new kitchen for us. He was very diligent, and worked hard to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. Daniel's team also re-turfed our garden and fitted a new fence - his team were friendly and hard working.
Daniel built a utility room in our house. He is reliable, hard working and always on time. We highly recommend him.
