Building, extensions and renovations in Ruislip
About Oldfield Construction Limited
Oldfield Construction is a family-run building company founded by Terry and Kraig Morbey. It works on homes and commercial properties, taking on new builds, extensions, loft conversions and renovations. The company says it has more than 51 years of experience across construction.
Based in Ruislip, it says it serves Harrow, Pinner and nearby areas, with projects also named in Northwood, Eastcote, Ickenham and Uxbridge. Its extensions include single and double-storey builds, orangeries, basements and garage extensions. It also builds dormer, mansard and hip-to-gable loft conversions, and garden rooms and outbuildings.
The team manages projects from design to completion and offers free consultations and site visits. Renovation work can include room reconfigurations, plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, electrical updates, plumbing and heating upgrades, roofing improvements, and window and door replacements. Architectural design, drawings, planning support and structural calculations are also offered, with architect Jack Dusek & Co.

What customers say
When we were choosing a builder it was important to have someone we felt we could trust and we could communicate easily with. This along with a strong track record and fair pricing put Oldfield in top place! We now have a fantastic house and I can certainly recommend the team.
