OL & Edward Limited
Home refurbishment, kitchens and loft conversions in London
About OL & Edward Limited
OL & Edward plans and delivers internal refurbishments for London homes, including kitchen and bathroom design and fitting, loft conversions and full-home renovation. The company says it has particular experience with older London properties, where hidden defects, uneven floors and outdated services can affect the work.
Led by Chartered Construction Manager Livia Kudina, it supports clients from early planning and renovation advice through design coordination, practical planning and delivery. It says it takes on a limited number of projects at a time to maintain attention and oversight.
The company offers free initial consultations, with site visits and in-person assessments charged separately where required. It says its work is insured, accredited and guaranteed. It also undertakes selected exterior works, including facade repairs, external decoration, paving, decking and practical garden improvements.
