OBS Facilities Construction & HVAC Services

OBS Facilities is a family-run building and home services company that says it has been operating since 1993. It serves West London and other areas within a 20-mile radius and across the M25. Its team includes architects, design engineers, project managers, estimators and builders.

The company offers home refurbishment, loft conversions, general building and architectural design. Its plumbing and heating work includes gas boiler installation and repair, central heating installation and repair, emergency plumbing, commercial plumbing, electrical installations and roofing. It also lists kitchen installation and gas safety certificates.

For architectural projects, OBS describes a process involving a site survey, scope of work, drawings, planning approvals, building regulations, structural calculations and a virtual reality walkthrough. It provides quotations and payment plans and says project managers handle timelines, budgets and permits.
