Obelisk London Limited
Contractors and home renovators in London
About Obelisk London Limited
Founded in 2010 by managing director Ciaran Comerford, Obelisk is a team of specialist contractors, builders and tradespeople working across London and the surrounding counties. The company grew from a group of skilled workers and professionals who had known and worked with one another for years.
The team works on projects from initial planning through construction. With a quantity surveyor, it prepares a quote and plan with timescales and a target budget, then keeps clients informed as work progresses. Its projects include heritage buildings, homes and rental properties.
For bathrooms, the team can coordinate plumbers, electricians, tilers and decorators, provide certifications and guarantees, and arrange a clean at completion. Kitchen projects bring together plumbers, electricians, joiners, tilers and decorators. The company also undertakes property maintenance and renovation work.

What customers say
Obelisk looked after the complete internal renovation of the Deanery at Southwark in 2012. The work was extensive including new bathrooms, kitchen and remodelling of some rooms, as well as compete redecoration.
Ciaran and the Team at Obelisk refurbished my flat in West London and I could not be happier with the results.
Over the last two years we have engaged in substantial refurbishment of our house in Ripplevale Grove. This work has involved major rebuilding of a bathroom to adapt it for use by my wife who has some constraints in walking.
