North Arch Bathrooms

North Arch Bathrooms designs, supplies and installs bathrooms across London. Founded by Drew Dawson, the family-run business is based in Muswell Hill and has an in-house design team, a project manager and approved installers. Its showroom displays bathroom layouts, microcement finishes and products from European brands. The team says it has more than 30 years of combined bathroom-design experience.

Projects begin with a design consultation and home visit, followed by a personalised package with concept visuals, layout options and material selections. A pre-installation survey checks technical details before the final quotation. Installation is managed from strip-out through plumbing, electrics, tiling, carpentry and finishing, with the home kept tidy and protected.

A typical bathroom installation takes three to four weeks, depending on its size and specification. After completion, the team carries out a quality check and schedules an aftercare visit. Installations include a 12-month labour warranty from the installer. The company is also booking kitchen projects for 2026.
