Nik Lofts & Extensions

Nik Lofts & Extensions is a Brockley-based building company with over 15 years’ experience on domestic projects in South East London. Its work includes loft conversions and extensions.

Eddie and Nik are the principal builders and project managers, and the small family business takes on one large construction job at a time. They supervise labourers and specialists on site. Once a quote is accepted, they can arrange a visit to previous customers, matching the prospective client with someone local and recently completed work where possible. Additional work is discussed and agreed, including its cost, before it begins. Projects are inspected and signed off at each stage by Lewisham Council Building Control.
