New Era Contracts

New Era Contracts provides commercial plumbing and heating, plus domestic and commercial heat pump and air conditioning services. It installs heating systems, boilers and underfloor heating, and carries out plumbing installations, system upgrades, pressurised water systems, leak detection and urgent repairs.

Its heat pump service covers air source systems, with consultation, heat-loss assessment, system design, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Underfloor heating is available in wet and electric systems, from design and heat-load calculations through installation, testing and repairs.

The company also installs, services and repairs domestic and commercial air conditioning. Engineers assess the site, recommend systems for the space, then install and test them; manufacturer warranties and ongoing maintenance are available. The company states that its engineers hold Gas Safe, NICEIC, FGAS and REFCOM credentials and that it is a DAIKIN Approved Installer.

Based in Romford, it lists Hornchurch, Brentwood, Upminster, Dagenham, Rainham, Harlow and Chelmsford, and says it covers East and Greater London and parts of the South East.
