MRO
Residential and commercial construction and maintenance in London
About MRO
MRO provides residential and commercial construction, refurbishment and property maintenance in London. Founded in 2014 by Hugh Flanagan, it works on homes and commercial premises, including offices, shops, restaurants and schools. Its services include design and build, extensions, building repairs and ongoing maintenance.
For residential projects, MRO takes on design and build from the initial brief through construction and completion. The process starts with a face-to-face meeting to understand the client’s aims, site and budget. The company says it works with clients on design decisions, agrees deliverables and timelines, and manages projects through to completion.
MRO reports more than 25 years’ industry experience, over £300 million in project value and more than three million square feet transformed. The company says its work is guaranteed for life.

What customers say
Hugh and the MRO team took on our difficult flat refurbishment project at the most difficult time during the pandemic but tackled and resolved every problem to 100% of our satisfaction. We could not be more thrilled with the result.
We have been using MRO for a number of years now to keep on top of our property maintenance. All jobs large or small are dealt with in a very professional and prompt manner and the quality of the tradesmen and service is second to none.
Hugh and the entire MRO team have been an incredible resource and partner to us - they managed the renovation and redecoration of our family flat in W11 in 2021-22.
