Mr Ideal

Mr. Ideal Services has traded since 2003 and says it now has a team of more than 40 Gas Safe engineers. It arranges boiler installation, repairs and annual servicing, including combi, system and conventional boilers, plus same-day landlord gas safety certificates and radiator replacement during boiler installations.

Its other home installation services include air conditioning, air source heat pumps and EV chargers. For heat pumps, the company offers a free heat-loss survey, a fixed-price quote and help with Boiler Upgrade Scheme paperwork. It also describes monobloc, split and hybrid heat pump options. Air conditioning is surveyed and sized for each room, with most single-room installations completed in a day.

Customers can get fixed-price quotes online, with next-working-day boiler fitting advertised. Boiler work includes a 12-month workmanship guarantee; the company also describes manufacturer-backed parts and labour warranties of up to 12 years. Its engineers are stated to be Gas Safe registered, and it advertises emergency boiler call-outs seven days a week.
