Moyo Construction Ltd

Moyo Construction Ltd provides home, office and garden services, from handyman jobs to complete renovations. Its listed work includes plumbing and heating, electrical work, bathroom installations, decorating, plastering, flooring, carpentry and cleaning. It also supplies and installs composite and uPVC windows and doors.

The company says it has been trading for over 10 years and works across London and Essex, on domestic and larger commercial jobs. It undertakes interior and exterior painting and decorating, and says its plastering work includes related building work.

For jobs using its own team, Moyo discusses a set day rate for two tradespeople, with materials charged separately. Customers can buy materials themselves or ask the company to purchase them and provide receipts; it says no mark-up is added. Specialist contractors, including roofers, can be included in a package, with their fees discussed before work starts and billed directly.

The company offers phone consultations and face-to-face discussions on a goodwill basis. It provides estimates setting out labour and material charges, and says smaller urgent jobs may be booked at short notice, subject to availability. Gas-related work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
