Modified Ltd

Modified is a solar installer based in Barnet, serving North London and surrounding areas. It installs solar panel and battery systems for homes and commercial premises, designing each system around the property, energy use and tariff.

For domestic installations, the company offers a no-obligation assessment, roof and electrical surveys, an estimate and quote pack, and arrangements for scaffolding, roofing, electrical work and DNO applications. Installation usually takes two to three days. Systems are tested and commissioned, with certificates, notifications and a handover pack of manuals and warranties.

Modified also offers operation and maintenance programmes, monitoring and upgrades. Equipment carries a 10-year warranty, and installation work has an insurance-backed guarantee. The company is MCS certified and a member of RECC and TrustMark.
