N&C Moderna carries out specialist commercial tiling and associated work for new-build and refurbishment projects. Its work includes floor and wall tiling in ceramic, porcelain and natural stone, as well as swimming pools, mosaics, terracotta, geometric and encaustic designs, acid-resistant tiling and tile restoration. The company also lists preparation work, waterproofing, wet rooms, grouting and underfloor heating. Amtico and timber flooring are available through its Hemel Hempstead office.

Established in 1980, the company works on projects for hotels, residential developments, leisure venues, public and private sector clients, restaurants, bars and heritage sites. It operates from offices in Romford and Hemel Hempstead and serves the South East of England. Its stated contract range runs from £5,000 to more than £1 million; larger projects can be financed with support from its parent company. The parent group also provides tile sourcing and specification experience. N&C Moderna is a member of The Tile Association and participates in the National Specialist Contractors Council.
