Mirion Builders Limited
Builders offering extensions, loft conversions and renovations in London and Surrey
About Mirion Builders Limited
Mirion Builders was founded by Fatmir Vlada in 2007 to develop commercial and residential property. The company lists construction, design, surveys, loft conversions and extensions, and its home-page copy also names kitchens.
Fatmir, known as Miri, remains actively involved in the family-run business. He oversees work from design through plumbing and heating, alongside auction investments, and the team works closely with him.
The company says it provides an estimated time frame before work starts and a contract for every project. It uses planning software across projects including whole-house refurbishments.

What customers say
We hired Miri from Mirion to lead, design and manage the planning process. Complete renovation and refurbishment of our 1930s home.
We hired Mirion to remodel our new four-bedroom home, and he did a fantastic job on schedule and on budget, despite the fact that there were a lot of unknowns and bad weather!
