About Minale and Mann
Minale + Mann is a London architecture and interior design studio founded in 2006. It works on residential, workplace, hospitality and mixed-use projects in the UK and internationally, with a team of architects, interior and furniture designers.
Its services include architecture, interior design, planning applications and conservation work, as well as a design-and-build service with in-house construction and project management. Residential work ranges from new-build designs to renovations, refurbishments, extensions and basements.
For design-and-build projects, the studio describes a process from concept and planning through construction, handover and aftercare. Projects are assigned a Project Architect who coordinates the design team and remains involved during construction. The studio says its handover includes relevant warranties and guarantees, with aftercare and defects-liability management.
