About MIMAR UK LTD
Mimar builds, restores and refurbishes residential and commercial properties for private clients, property investors and commercial landlords. Established in 2004, the company works in and around London. It discusses a client’s resources and timeframe, then provides a written proposal setting out the tasks. Mimar says evaluation can take three to four weeks. After a contract is signed, it handles planning applications and provides architectural and structural designs. A project manager oversees day-to-day work and updates the client.
The company says it treats the property carefully, tidies at the end of each day and provides tailored aftercare. Clients can use their own architect and interior designer, or ask the project manager for recommendations. Mimar works on both small refurbishments and larger construction projects, with individual projects described as lasting from weeks to over a year.
