About McDonald Roofing Contractors Ltd.
McDonald Roofing Contractors is a family-run business established in Chiswick in 1973. It undertakes domestic roofing projects, from listed buildings to new-build work, and also works for building contractors, surveyors, architects, housing associations, local authorities and property agents.
Its operatives carry out slating, tiling, flat roofing in zinc, copper, felt and asphalt, and general roof repairs. The company works on listed buildings and properties with special requirements in conservation areas, and offers quotations for roof renewals and repairs.
The company was founded by John McDonald Senior. Since his retirement in 1995, his sons John, Andrew and Stuart have run the business. Experienced roofers have been with the company for more than 30 years, and senior staff train its apprentice roofers.

What customers say
From my first conversation with Andrew at McDonald’s roofing to my last email with the wonderful Kerry in the office, my experience of the company has been nothing short of exceptional. Excellent communication throughout the job, a well-priced job which Andrew and his incredibly professional team finished earlier than expected.
I have just had a new roof fitted and could not be more pleased with the outcome. The complete job – scaffolding, skips, delivery of materials, professional, punctual and very polite work team were fully organised and on schedule. I was kept fully informed throughout. A brilliant job.
Dear Mr McDonald, many thanks for completing the job despite the weather! I am pleased to say we remained dry during the weekend’s torrential storm! Many thanks.
