About MB Construction Essex Ltd

MB Construction Essex is a family-run building contractor based in Hornchurch, working for domestic, commercial and industrial clients across Essex and East London. Its work includes new builds, house extensions, loft conversions and property refurbishments, alongside kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, electrics, roofing and other building services.

The founder traded as a sole contractor before the business became a limited company in 2018. The company describes more than 25 years of experience and says it holds City and Guilds qualifications. It offers loft surveys and assessments, and can manage extension projects from planning and design through construction.

For extensions, the stated process includes quotations, budget and timescale planning, progress updates, construction, a final clean and handover. The company says its work is guaranteed and under warranty; clients can receive a standard new-build warranty or choose an FMB warranty for an additional cost.
