About martton property renovation
Martton is a building firm serving homeowners and private landlords across Greater London. Trading since 2007, it works on extensions, refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom installations, and property repairs and maintenance. The company says some clients have returned for more than a decade.
Founder and managing director Tony Ganchev is a builder by trade. He formed the company to take renovation projects from start to finish and built a multidisciplinary team covering building and construction, electrical work, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating. The team also handles project management and professional post-works cleaning.
For kitchens and bathrooms, the company offers consultation on space design, technical advice and project management, working with the client or their designer. Installation work can include demolition, stud walls, rendering, skimming, wiring, lighting, plumbing, underfloor heating, tiling and fitting accessories. Its repairs service lists plumbing repairs and leak detection, electrical fault finding and rewiring, plastering, painting, door and window repairs, flooring fixes and handyman work. Quotes are available on request.

What customers say
I couldn't be happier with the work you've done on my bathroom. My WestOne designer said it's the best finish she's ever seen, and a recent guest said it was like staying at the Malmaison Hotel! Excellent job, I highly recommend.
