About M&C Construction
M&C Construction builds home extensions and loft conversions in Surrey and Croydon, and takes on full home refurbishments and general building work. Its team also fits kitchens and bathrooms, including wet rooms and shower rooms, and carries out joinery. The company has a separate kitchen business, M&C Kitchens, with an appointment-only showroom in Beddington.
Co-owner Matthew visits to quote and discusses how a project will work in practice, including challenging plans where he sees a better solution. Quotations list included work in detail. M&C says it uses its own long-standing team rather than external labourers, holds comprehensive insurance, communicates throughout projects and works to minimise disruption while keeping sites tidy. Its work includes extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments; Matthew and co-founder Clinton also have a background in shop fitting and commercial refurbishment.
