About Lxr Construction Ltd
LXR Construction builds home extensions and loft conversions across London, alongside full home renovations and kitchen and bathroom fitting. Led by owner Lisander and based in Waltham Abbey, the company says it has served over 500 customers.
Projects begin with a property inspection and discussion of the homeowner’s goals. The team handles design, drawings, planning and building regulation approvals, then manages construction through final inspection and handover. The company states that all work is covered by a 10-year warranty.
