Family-run builders and renovation specialists in West London
About LOR Build
Lorbuild is a family-run West London building team, founded in 2022. It works on house extensions, loft conversions, bathroom and kitchen projects, full house renovations, plumbing and heating, tiling, and garden landscaping across Greater London.
The same team quotes for and carries out the work, with a project lead, scheduled works and weekly updates. The process starts with a free site visit and a fixed, itemised written quote. The company describes daily tidy-downs, rubbish removal, a final snagging walkaround and a written workmanship guarantee on major projects.

What customers say
We recently used Lor Build to renovate our family bathroom and we couldn't be happier. With two small children, speed and efficiency were key — and they absolutely delivered, without compromising on quality.
Lorbuild did a fantastic job on our loft conversion — a new master bedroom, ensuite and study. There was a steady drum-beat of work, regular updates, and no hidden surprises.
Builders we could completely trust. They listened to exactly what we wanted, gave helpful advice, and delivered the build on time to a high standard. We'd definitely use them again.
