Londonwide Construction ltd
Building and refurbishment contractor working across London
About Londonwide Construction ltd
Londonwide Construction undertakes building and refurbishment work across London. Its services include house extensions, whole-house refurbishment, loft conversions, kitchen and bathroom refits, plastering and rendering, carpentry, brickwork and repointing, electrical work and plumbing. The plumbing offer includes boiler refits or servicing, radiator leaks and underfloor heating; the electrician also fits solar panels.
Rad Caushllari says he has worked in building for more than 20 years. The company offers free estimates and gives clients realistic schedules. For loft conversions, it can arrange a survey and rough price, and its stated price includes structural engineer costs, drawings and building control fees.
The company says it provides a one-year guarantee on labour and only requests full payment when the finished work meets the client's satisfaction. It describes agreeing the job specification up front and discussing unexpected work and additional costs with the client.
