About London Window Repair

Dendale Construction works on residential and commercial building projects, from small repairs and property maintenance to new builds, extensions, loft and basement conversions, fit-outs and full refurbishments. Its customers include homeowners, schools, local authorities, commercial premises and owners of heritage and listed buildings.

Founded in 1988, the company is led by managing director Dennis Swain. It uses directly employed staff for repair and maintenance work and approved contractors for some specialist services. Customers have one point of contact, with the team involved from planning and project management through construction to handover and future maintenance.

The company says completed work is insured, guaranteed and accredited. It undertakes work across Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire and the Home Counties, including building adaptations for disabled and older people who want to remain at home.
