Its work includes concrete, crack, lintel, balcony, stone and brick repairs; wall tie replacement; lateral restraint; movement joints; damp proofing; and facade cleaning. The team investigates, diagnoses and repairs cracks, and can use masonry reinforcement, underpinning or rebuilding where required.

London Structural Repairs says its operatives are trained structural repair specialists with current credentials including NVQs, CSCS cards, PASMA, IPAF, first aid and SMSTS. It focuses on finishing detail and uses concealed, non-intrusive repair systems where suitable.
