LLAC construction

LLAC undertakes loft conversions, house extensions and renovations in London. The company says it focuses on full refurbs and complete renovations, and does not take on small standalone work such as a single bathroom refurbishment. Its site describes loft conversion options including rooflights, dormers and mansards.

Ylli leads the company and has more than 15 years of technical expertise. The team includes design consultant Aneliese, who has more than 15 years of experience in renovation and home improvement, and project managers. Customers can request a site visit and detailed quote with a timeline and inclusions.

LLAC says it works across East and North London and undertakes nearby projects. It emphasises clear communication and hands-on site management.
