Livspace Lofts and Extensions
Loft conversions, home extensions and renovations in South London
About Livspace Lofts and Extensions
Livspace Lofts & Extensions is a family-run South London building company specialising in loft conversions, home extensions and full renovations. It works with homeowners from an initial consultation through design, permissions and construction, and says it has more than 20 years of experience in the trade.
Founder Nicky meets clients to discuss plans and sends a free quotation. The company works with an in-house architect and assigns each project a team leader who is on site daily. Nicky oversees quality control with regular site visits, while the team manages permissions, construction and project coordination.
Its loft work includes dormer, L-shaped, mansard, Velux, hip-to-gable and piggyback conversions. Extension projects include single and double storeys, rear and side extensions, and kitchen extensions. The company also advertises full home renovations, including kitchen and bathroom refreshes.
Livspace says it has completed more than 100 projects, provides a 10-year warranty and offers NHBC new-build cover. At the end of a project, the team prepares a snagging list, carries out free decoration and arranges a final inspection before tidying the home.

What customers say
The craftsmanship is second to none, and the team came with a great amount of experience that was clear throughout the project.
Nicky and his team did our loft conversation. His team are polite and professional, and very considerate, considering we were both working from home the whole time. We’ve had many people comment on the high standard of finish.
