About Lion and Leinster property and building services
Lion and Leinster is a residential and commercial building company founded in 2017 by three developers and builders. It undertakes whole-house refurbishments, kitchens and bathrooms, garage and loft conversions, garden rooms, extensions and general construction. Its team also provides architectural design and planning, structural engineering and project management.
For kitchen installations, the company describes a process from consultation and site assessment through design, construction and final inspection. It says it manages plumbing and electrical installations, flooring and tiling, and painting and decorating as part of this work. Its architectural and engineering services include site visits, plans, planning applications, structural assessments and construction inspections.
Lion and Leinster says it serves South London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex, with offices in London, Crawley and Leatherhead. Founded in 2017, the business says its founders had worked independently in the building industry for decades before joining forces. It lists accreditations with the Federation of Master Builders and TrustMark, alongside professional engineering credentials for its structural team.

What customers say
We cannot begin to thank Lion and Leinster enough for their absolute professionalism from start to finish on this project. The communication was at its highest at any point of the day.
I had contacted Lion and Leinster to refurbish my bathroom and then the kitchen I can only say that they did a really splendid job on both, the team have also just completed the refurbishment of the rest of my home once again to the same high standard,
Our renovation works covered a huge amount of work undertaken, including full demolition of the internals of the ground floor, the house hadn’t had any major works undertaken since it was built in 1913.
