LAMABUILD LTD
Residential building, refurbishment and extensions across London
About LAMABUILD LTD
Lamabuild is a family-run residential construction company founded in London in 2010. It undertakes home refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms and retrofits. The company says it has worked across London neighbourhoods including Ealing, Hampstead, Dulwich and Kensington. Its directors are Luis and Margarita Alves.
The team works with clients, architects and designers from brief and survey through design, pricing, construction and handover. For extensions and lofts, its service can include party-wall work, steelwork, roofing and finishes. Kitchen and bathroom projects can include plumbing, electrics, tiling and joinery. The company describes its sites as supervised, safe and tidy, with progress updates and itemised pricing.
Lamabuild says it provides a snag list at completion, handover and care guidance. It is an accredited member of the Federation of Master Builders and Considerate Constructors Scheme, and holds Green Small Business certification. The company is a London Living Wage Employer.
