KWM Property is a privately owned decorating company serving homeowners, landlords and businesses in Croydon, Bromley and nearby areas. It was founded in 2006 and taken over by Shanie and Tony Sinclair in 2022. Its work includes residential and commercial decorating, plastering, rendering, pebble dash, roofing and guttering.
The company has several small teams of interior and exterior decorators, plasterers, roofers and renderers. The decorating teams have over 100 years’ combined experience, while its roofing team reports over 40 years’ experience. Shanie and Tony bring a decade in the building industry.
Before work starts, KWM offers a free on-site survey with advice and a quote the same day. The team says it protects properties, aims to minimise disruption and guarantees all work for two years. Customers can request a detailed quote after a visit to assess the job.
