Kraman Ltd
Residential builder and refurbishment contractor based in Leytonstone
About Kraman Ltd
Kraman Ltd is a residential building and refurbishment contractor based in Leytonstone. Founded by Alex Anokhin in 2006, it works across London on whole-house refurbishments, loft and basement conversions, house extensions and listed building restoration. The company takes on three to five projects at a time, with each contract signed by the director.
Projects are managed by a project manager and foreman. The process begins with a free site visit and an itemised quote, with provisional sums identified. Kraman coordinates planning applications and party wall agreements, provides weekly progress photos and completes a snagging walkthrough with the client before the final invoice.
The company offers a two-year workmanship guarantee alongside manufacturers’ warranties. Kitchen and bathroom work includes plumbing and electrical work, tiling and plastering; its listed-building work includes lime plaster, sash-window restoration and original cornicing.

What customers say
We hired Alex Anokhin (Kraman Ltd) to renovate an apartment we recently bought. We could not be happier with the results. Alex’s attention to detail and craftsmanship are superb.
We had a leaking extension roof replaced and the quality of the work was outstanding. We didn’t have to wait very long and also the company didn’t exceed the originally agreed budget.
Alex was great! The way he did the whole project management as a matter of course, no hassle for me at all, and everything as promised in time...
