KPD Construction Ltd
Building, renovations and conversions in East London
About KPD Construction Ltd
KPD Construction is a family-run building company based in Romford, working across East, North and Central London and nearby Essex. Its projects include loft conversions, house extensions, flat conversions, new builds, roofing and home refurbishment. The company also offers kitchen fitting, bathroom design and installation, and interior decoration. It says it has operated for over a decade, while its current team has worked together for more than 20 years.
KPD manages projects from design through construction, with a dedicated project manager providing regular updates. The process can include a site survey, design, planning permissions, building work and a project assessment after completion. The company says its in-house workforce includes plumbers, electricians, carpenters, designers and general labourers, so it can coordinate the work within one team.
The company offers a standard quality guarantee and an optional Federation of Master Builders-backed guarantee of up to ten years, depending on the project. It provides free, no-obligation quotes and references from past clients on request.
