Kings Road Builders Ltd
Residential renovations and new builds in London
About Kings Road Builders Ltd
King’s Road Builders undertakes residential renovation and new-build projects, alongside commercial projects and hotel refits. Its residential work includes studio flats, basements, house extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, kitchens and bathrooms.
The company says it has worked in design and construction for nearly 20 years and has completed hundreds of projects since 1999. It works with clients and their designers, preparing planning drawings and applications, and liaising with planning officers and building control.
Its design work includes interior detailing, layouts, and kitchen and bathroom design. During construction, the team reviews the design after demolition and suggests ways to make better use of the space. The company also sources fittings, floor coverings and furnishings for interiors.
