Kia Designs
Residential interior design and refurbishment in London
About Kia Designs
Kia Designs is a London interior design studio led by founder and principal designer Kia Stanford. Its team includes interior architects, designers and a procurement team, and the studio says it has more than 15 years of experience. Projects include London townhouses and penthouses, homes elsewhere in the UK and international properties.
The studio develops interior design and home refurbishment projects around each client’s needs. Its process starts with a lifestyle briefing, followed by concept work, mood boards, drawings and 3D renders. Technical design packages are prepared for a network of contractors, while the procurement team coordinates orders, deliveries and installation.
Kia Stanford is identified as a BIID Registered Interior Designer. During project delivery, the team coordinates contractors, monitors progress, checks the finished space and manages handover. The studio describes its role as providing designs, layouts, furnishings and fittings, with contractors undertaking the construction work.
