Kensington Homes
Design and build for homes and workspaces in London
About Kensington Homes
Kensington Homes is a London design-and-build practice for homes, offices and workspaces. It brings architecture, construction, interiors, project management and procurement together, managing projects from the first design through to the finished space. The company says it takes on few projects at a time.
Its work includes complete property refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, marble and stone features, new and restored flooring, roofing and external restoration. Kitchens and bathrooms are designed and fitted in-house; joinery and stonework are made to suit each property.
The company also helps property owners reposition homes for sale or rental, arrange lettings and vet tenants, and manage maintenance, contractors, compliance and inspections. Its projects include period and contemporary properties.
