K&S Design Build Ltd
Residential design and building services in London
About K&S Design Build Ltd
K&S Design Build provides residential construction and refurbishment, including new builds, extensions, loft conversions and internal alterations. The company also lists plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, roofing and landscaping. Its plumbers can help with plumbing problems and the design and creation of bathrooms and kitchens; its electricians undertake domestic and commercial work, including full or partial rewiring.
The company says it has been in business for more than 40 years. Its team includes architects, engineers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, decorators and tilers, and it describes a turnkey project management service from inception to completion. It works with clients and their architects to shape projects around the needs of the household.
The process can begin with a site visit to measure the property and discuss the brief, followed by design concepts and detailed plans. The company handles planning applications and building approval, then carries out construction and finishing work. It says a Building Inspector visits during the project and issues a Completion Certificate when building work is complete.

What customers say
K&S Design were fast, highly skilled and efficient in the work for us in post extension snagging, decorating and tiling. Also importantly, they were very accommodating, flexible, and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. Very pleasant builders and a competitive price too.
We contracted K&S for a full renovation on our house. The renovation involved gutting the house, installing a new toilet under the stairs as well as installing a new main bathroom and kitchen. The guys did a fantastic job and really went the extra mile to ensure the finish was fantastic and treated the house as if they were doing the work on their own home.
I was recommended by a friend of mine. We contracted them to build a new rear extension and loft conversion. Me and my family are extremely happy with the services that we received. Helped us with a lot of helpful advice throughout the project and always on hand to answer any questions we had.
