K & M Roofing

K & M Roofing & Building Services works on pitched and flat roofs, roofline systems, loft conversions and extensions. Its roofing work includes tiling, slating, leadwork, dormers, new roofs and repairs. It installs PVCu fascias, soffits, guttering, downpipes and cladding for domestic and commercial customers.

The company offers free site surveys and no-obligation estimates. It says its tradesmen are personally known to the company and that all fitters are approved and experienced roofing systems installers. New roofs carry a 10-year guarantee; specialist coatings carry a 20-year guarantee. Roofline work includes removal of old boards, replacement installations, quality checks and site tidying.

K & M says much of its work comes through word of mouth and personal recommendation, and that staff aim to provide a personal service from sales through aftercare. It lists work in Sutton, Epsom, Cheam, Banstead, Coulsdon and surrounding Surrey towns and villages. The company states that it holds public and employers’ liability insurance.
