About JJ Brooks Construction
JJ Brooks Construction Ltd is a privately owned main contractor based near Sevenoaks, working across Kent, London and the South East. Founded by John Brooks in 1976, the company undertakes residential projects as well as commercial and education construction.
For homeowners, its work includes bespoke new homes, large refurbishments, basement projects, loft conversions and extensions. Residential projects can involve re-plumbing and re-wiring, new bathrooms and kitchens, bi-fold doors, sash windows and solid wood joinery. A partner company, Mypods, designs and builds garden rooms.
A core team of construction professionals has worked together for more than 30 years. The company coordinates trades and specialist subcontractors, managing projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, handover and aftercare. It says it aims to finish on time and within budget while minimising disruption.

We have found JJ Brooks a pleasure to work with. They kept us advised regularly on progress, but most importantly they have been extremely reliable and committed. Indeed, they have gone above and beyond our agreement on a number of occasions.
