About JD Homes London Ltd

JD Homes London is a residential construction company working on loft conversions, extensions, renovations and new build homes. Founded by Jack in 2022, it draws on his more than 20 years of construction experience, including work on complex roof structures in Italy and ten years working in London.

Jack takes a hands-on role on site, coordinating projects from consultation and site visit through quotation, contracts and a planned programme of work. The team works with architects and other project professionals. At handover, the company provides relevant electrical and plumbing paperwork, guarantees for installed items, a final inspection and a follow-up appointment.
